4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. Boss Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability

Boss Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for bug fixes related to our work. This does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting environments.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business data, and project details. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
